Position at a glance:
This position is within the existing Talent Acquisition team supporting internal clients during all stages of the recruitment process, including identification, screening and assessment of candidates, primarily those with a background in Financial Services and Data Analytics located in Latin America and globally.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our company is hiring the best possible talent by filling vacancies with internal and external candidates while applying best practices in full life-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities include:
• Identifying and attracting active & passive talent by using various available sourcing channels (job portals, social networking, with focus on LinkedIn)
• Conducting prescreening interviews and coordinating further assessment steps
• Tracking candidate information and sharing regular status updates with the involved stakeholders
• Preparing and sending offer packages, assisting in reference and background checks for potential employees, while assuring adherence to established TA processes
• Assisting in administrative tasks related to TA
• Identifying and testing new sourcing channels

Requisitos Minimos:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment area
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish; both written and spoken
• Proactive approach and ability to show ownership
• Good time management skills and capable of working under high pressure
• Proficient with MS Excel and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry knowledge in Financial Services and/or Data Analytics
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter account
